Nearly half the 1.1million patents filed in China since 1985 have been by foreign applicants. 22% of all IP litigation cases in China in 2006 involved foreign entities. In this huge market understanding the special laws and cultures involved in IP enforcement and litigation are vital, as is a knowledge of the special legal requirements necessary to make an IP licence agreement enforceable. The conference will be held on 22 June 2007 in London, United Kingdom.
