The seminar will focus on the different aspects of EC competition law, in particular: the origins of European competition law and its development by means of derivative law and jurisprudence; the economic foundations of European competition law; the rules applying to vertical distribution agrements and horizontal agreements; the specific problems of contracts involving the transfer of technology; the abuse of a dominant market position…The seminar will be held on 25-29 June 2007, in the Headquarters of the Academy of European Law in Trier, Germany.
