The purpose of this seminar is to present different forms of protection of IP rights, placing particular emphasis on patents, trade marks and computer programs and the digital world in general. The seminar will also look at some of the most problematic aspects, both from a management and a legal perspective. The theoretical explanations will be accompanied by practical examples.The seminar will be held from 18 September to 4 October 2007 in Madrid, Spain.
