This course will address the practical aspects of trademarks and, (to a lesser extent) passing off, lawyers in a modern commercial law practice or in-house legal department may meet and which are not usually covered in any detail (if at all) in trademark and passing off introductory courses. This course will deal with Community Trade Mark (CTM) applications as well as International Applications. The event will be held on 20 December 2007 in London, United Kingdom.
