This seminar is designed to provide participants with a good understanding of the issues that may arise when working with bioscience related inventions. The seminar will be split into two distinct parts. The first part of the day will be lecture based and will focus on the differences between European and US practice. The second part of the day will feature practical workshops, designed to assist attorneys with claim drafting. The course will be held on the 25th April of 2008, in London, United Kingdom.
