This course have been organised by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO) and the Patent Centre at the University of Barcelona (UB) and consists of the following modules: The patent system (protection policies, patentability and infractions); the practice of drafting reports and claims; Databases and technological information service from the SPTO and the EPO and other patent offices, among others.
