The aim of this course is to offer information concerning learning and legal aspects of the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in order to link theory and practice. This course will be given by a high level team of experts coming from the University and from the ADR world. The course will be held on the 28th of February 2008, in Alicante, Spain.
