The aim of the Conference is to tackle with the legal and practical problems that present in Spain the obtaining of supplementary protection certificates for medication products. This conference has been organised by the José Pons Foundation in collaboration with of Bird & Bird, among others, and will be place on the 10th April 2008, in Madrid, Spain.
