This Forum will analyse: the current situation of the Internet Service Providers (also called ISP), who definitely are the “channels” to exploit author’s works, performance and provision of services on-line; the multi-territorial licenses, characteristics and application in relation to the Intellectual Property world in general, as among other current issues. The Forum will be held on 23 October, in Barcelona, Spain.
