This year, the conference programme has the participation of eminent experts, that will offer information about the following matters: Community Trade Mark Court Competence, design protection through copyright, Court of Justice and Court of First Instance case law, 3D trade marks, counterfeit products intervention by custom authorities, national distinctive signs and its conflict with the Community Trade Mark, OHIM Boards of Appeal latest case-law.
