The theme of the 3rd Forum is: "Intellectual Property and Export Markets: Lessons from Here and Abroad". The International Intellectual Property Forum of Quebec (FORPIQ) is a non-profit organization established jointly by the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC), the Canadian Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and the Canadian Group of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI). The event will be held in February 3 ? 4, 2005, in Quebec, Canada.
