The XIII edition of this course is organized by the Center of Patents of the University of Barcelona with the collaboration of the Spanish Office of Patents and Marks. The course consist in diverse modules related to the world of patents and utility models in specific, Documentation, Patentability, Wording, Transference, Infringement and Legal Actions. The course will be distributed in Madrid.
