The Intellectual Property Owners Association, in collaboration with the US Patents and Trademark Office, organises his Annual Conference in Washington, United States, on the 6th of December 2004. Also it, the 7th of December will take place a conference about the rules of procedure before the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences.
