The aim of this forum is to analyze the novelties and challenges originated to the Community Trademarks System with the adhesion of ten New Member States to the European Union. The Forum is organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) and will take place from December 2 - 3, 2004, in Prague, Czech Republic.
