This programme, an advanced and intensive one week seminar organized within the framework of the XVI Magister Lvcentinus of the University of Alicante, covers a wide variety of aspects of the Trade mark Law. Substantive and procedural issues, related with the protection of the CTM, are explained in detail by experienced professionals and academics, starting from the application for the CTM and including strategic issues related with the enforcement and protection of the CTM. The event will be held on 1- 4 February 2010, in Alicante, Spain.
