The Academy of European Law (ERA), sponsored by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), organises this seminar where the most significant case law developments regarding reasons for relative and absolute grounds for refusal of registration, and preliminary rulings from the European Court of Justice will be discussed.
