The annual BSKB U.S. Trademark Practice Seminar addresses all aspects of trademark practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the courts, including the preparation of trademark applications, practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, licensing, inter partes matters including opposition and cancellation proceedings, and the enforcement of trademark rights in the federal and state courts. The seminar will be held on 11-16 April 2010, in Falls Church (Virginia), United States.
