This seminar will present the protection of intellectual creations at the IT industry, computer program protection related issues, solutions and electronic databases, there will also be discussed principles regarding the formulation of copyright contracts (software license), taking into account the software market. Participants will learn about the practical aspects of the Intellectual Property Rights agreements. The seminar will be held on the 10 of March 2010, in Cracow, Poland.
