This seminar will offer participants the opportunity to present a brief presentation about the Intellectual Property protection offered by their country of origin, and more specifically about the chapter on Intellectual Property protection included in the Free Trade Agreement negotiated by their country. The programme also includes information on the improved protection of geographical indications and advantages and disadvantages of the TRIPS+ Agreement. The course will be held on the 3 May 2010, in Alicante, Spain.
