This workshop will point out the different searching possibilities in the free databases of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, the OHIM and WIPO of designs which are enforceable in Germany. The workshop includes an introduction to the databases of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office register, CTM-Online and Madrid Express, and practical guided exercises on PCs, the solution of exercises and an opportunity to raise questions. The event will be held on the 4th of October 2010, in Munich, Germany.
