The objective of this conference is: to address various legal aspects of the most recent developments in both jurisprudence and legislation in the field of EU industrial property law. In the field of designs, the first cases adopted by the EU Courts and the most relevant decisions from the OHIM Boards of Appeal will be given special attention. The conference will be held from the 2nd to the 3r of December, in Trier Germany.
