From registration, through strategies to licensing, this course will cover all relevant issues that must be taken into account to manage a domain portfolio. The various non-judicial dispute settlement procedures including legal protection before the ordinary courts in Germany and abroad will be also discussed in detail. The course will be held on 9 December 2010, in Munich, Germany.
