Topics covered by this symposium include issues related to International Framework and the protection of famous and well-known trademarks in Common Law countries, and in European, French, Swiss and Chinese Law, just as the perspective of WIPO. The symposium will end up with a roundtable concerning the need of the protection of well-known and famous trademarks to be increased. The event will be held on 15th February 2011, in Geneva, Switzerland.
