This programme, an advanced and intensive seminar organized within the framework of the XVII Magister Lvcentinvs of the University of Alicante, is organised in collaboration with the OHIM and specialised firms. It covers a wide variety of aspects of Design Law. Substantive an procedural issues, related with the protection of the Community Design, are explained in detail by experienced professionals, starting from the application for the Community Design and including strategic issues related with the enforcement and protection of the Community Design. This event will be held on 14-16 February 2011, in Alicante, Spain.
