This edition of the annual Congress of European Intellectual Property Institutes Network (EIPIN) will cover a wide range of the most relevant topics in IP, such as: the measures to promote innovation and technology transfer to developing countries, the future of the trade mark registration processes and tools, Intellectual Property in Free Trade Agreements with Latin American countries, patent law in India and flexibilities of TRIPs, IP protection in China, the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Act, jurisdiction in International IP disputes in the Internet and applicable law to intellectual property disputes in the CLIP Principles. The Congress will be held on 8-10 April 2011, at the University of Alicante, Campus of San Vicente del Raspeig, Spain.
