This new two-week program has been developed for international lawyers, technology managers and scientific professionals in the public sector or small-to-medium enterprises who want to understand successful U.S. models of intellectual property management. Participants will learn strategies and tactics for managing intellectual property that maximize the commercial success and public benefit of their research and development investments. To reinforce classroom presentations, the program will be based on lectures, hands-on case studies and field visits to Silicon Valley, Napa or to the greater Sacramento area. The course will be held from 05 – 17 June 2011, in California, United States.
