The Official Bar Association of Alicante organizes, in association with the OHIM and The General Council of the Judiciary, the 7th Community Trademark Court Conference. The conference will cover important topics such as actions for damages, counterfeiting, piracy, non-conventional trademarks, trademarks and social networks, as well as relevant procedural issues in the scope of Community trade mark and design and the most recent CTC case law developments. The conference will be held on November 22-23, 2012 in Alicante, Spain.
