This congress will focus on the present relationships between universities, research centres and intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on the following topics: university patents, biotechnological patents, the European patent with unitary effect, know-how licensing, and limitations and opportunities in the legal regime of technology-based companies. The event will b held on March 7-8, 2013, in Valencia, Spain.
