The seminar has the mission of analyzing which was the national and international context regarding the Intellectual Property in 1853 in Argentina. Likewise, the seminar rises what happened in countries such as England, France and United States for after analyzing the impacts on the Argentinean constitution. In the seminar will also be debated some controversial standpoints such as the unconstitutionality of the compulsory licences, the IP Rights, the patents presumption of legality, etc. This event will be held from April 10 to May 8, 2013, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
