This conference will analyse the gaps in EU copyright legislation in the face of emerging techniques that allow for the digital `dematerialisation´ of content. Besides considering the legal challenges and presenting new EU initiatives in the field of copyright law, the conference will also provide copyright practitioners with an in-depth analysis of the most recent relevant judgments of the CJEU. The conference will be in English and german. This conference will be held from 23 to 24 May in Trier, Germany.
