This day, organized by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the Patent Center of the University of Barcelona, will focus on peculiarities of the approaches to inventive step at the EPO and several European courts as well as the main features of unitary patent. This day will be held on September 30th, 2013 in Barcelona, Spain.
