The seminar will focus on significant developments in three main areas of Community Trademark and Design Law: jurisprudence, registration and new legislation designed to harmonise the protection of intellectual property rights. Experts from OHIM, academics and practitioners will be invited to give their point of view. The seminar will be held in the main OHIM building in Alicante, Spain, on November 10 - 11, 2005.
