The Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR) depending on WIPO, will celebrate its twenty ninth Session to discuss the following matters amongst other issues: Adoption of the Report of the Twenty-Eighth Session of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights; Protection of broadcasting organizations; Limitations and exceptions for libraries and archives; Limitations and exceptions for educational and research institutions and for persons with other disabilities. The Sessions will be held from 8 - 12 of December, 2014, in Genève, Switzerland.
