This Ordinance (Chapter 609) makes provision for arbitration in respect of civil matters. It has repealed the arbitration ordinance provided in Chapter 341 even though some of its specific provisions are still applicable for certain disputes (see Sections 96, 98 & 110 of Chapter 341).
