ARICI is an international and non governmental association (NGO) founded in 1980 by international businessmen, judges and lawyers. It set up the CARICI, which arbitrates disputes in any field of international business endeavor, e.g. import-export transactions, insurance schemes, financial agreements, contracts of carriage, construction projects, industrial joint-ventures, etc. These disputes can concern public or private corporations as well as sovereign States.
