This work is divided in two fundamental parts. First, we will try to approach the problem that the relation presents between Internet and the right to the personal data protection. It is a question, of giving more once solution to the principal problems that appear in this area, thinking it brings over of what we prune dealing for fundamental right to the protection of personal data, of what there consists the treatment of personal data, which are the levels of safety applicable to the files of treatment of personal data, or which it is the juridical regime of the treatment of information of personal data effected across Internet. And, finally, in the second part, we are going to analyze the regime of the international transference of personal data, across the answers that we are going to try to give to both following questions: On the one hand, which it is the regime of the international transference of personal data in the LOPD; and, on the other hand, having in one tells that from the EU the main destiny of the personal data they are EE.UU., we will analyze how there must realize to him the transference of personal data to entities located in EE.UU.
