This training course offers a comprehensive introduction to the material trade mark law and to trade mark legal procedures. Participants will obtain the necessary specialized knowledge in order to register a trade mark properly and defend it in case of infringement. The course will be held on 18-20 February in Hamburg and on 29-31 July 2009 in Stanrberg , Germany.
