The 4th Edition of the Roving Seminar jointly organized by OHIM, SPTO and the national offices of France, Portugal and Italy, will focus on the last European Union strategies in the field of fighting against counterfeiting, as well as it will contemplate the role of Community trade mark in the internal market and its relation with national trade marks. The seminar will be held on 27 February 2009, in Madrid, Spain.
