At this workshop, participants will be informed about patent enforcement in the USA and Japan from a comparative law perspective and will have an opportunity to discuss about substantive and procedural issues of a potential worldwide patent. The workshop will be held on 11 December 2009, at the Law Faculty of the University of Alicante, Spain.
