This course is hosting four information sessions in which the following topics will be covered: interpretation and application of absolute and relative grounds for refusing to register trade marks by the SPTO and also by OHIM, Patent Act issues, and doctrinal opinions on several Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition matters. The event will be held between 11 May 2010 and 29 June 2010, in Madrid, Spain.
