This training will analyse Trade mark law for clerks and office workers,
the German trade mark registration, the trade mark infringement and trade mark collateral proceedings, the CTM, the IR mark and German, European and international designs. The event will be held on the 9 of august 2010, in Heidelberg, Germany.
